Party Tray Ordering Policy & Instructions
To ensure the highest quality and proper preparation of your order, all party trays must be placed at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. This allows our kitchen sufficient time to source fresh ingredients, coordinate staffing, and prepare your items to our standards.
Ordering Guidelines:
Orders can be placed in person or by phone during business hours.
Please provide the following when ordering:
Desired pickup date and time
Tray selections and quantities
Any dietary restrictions or special requests
A deposit may be required for large orders.
Important Notes:
Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice may not be accepted or may have limited menu availability.
Pickup times must be respected to ensure food quality and service efficiency.
Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup.
